Faith is complete confidence in something – it is strong and unshakeable. The belief is not solely based on facts that can be proven but on heart-felt trust. In whom do you have this kind of faith – God, your parents, your spouse, or more? It is important to have faith in oneself, as well. Think back to when you were a child. At that point in life, you believed in your parents with a trust that meant they could protect you from anything – fear of sickness, fear of abandonment, fear of loneliness, etc. You can retrieve that same child-like faith again to give you added courage and strength and support. You now have adult worries and concerns, but you have trusting partners to assist you, whether it be God, your family, and friends. Believe with your whole heart…
